ORS 696.026(10)

  1. A principal real estate broker or real estate broker associated with a principal real estate broker may create a corporation, LLC, limited partnership or other lawful business entity for purpose of receiving compensation.
  2. A real estate broker associated with a principal real estate broker may only receive compensation from a principal real estate broker.
  3. A business organization created by a broker may not be licensed or conduct in its own name professional real estate activity requiring a real estate license.
