REQUIREMENTS

Broker members are active licensees who practice real estate in Oregon or SW Washington. A broker member receives benefits including discounted registration fees, Commercial Real Estate Forms, listing in our annual roster, consideration for our “Annual Dinner & Awards Celebration,” and our publications.

IMPORTANT NOTES

If one commercial real estate broker member works for a company with other commercial brokers, every commercial broker must pay Commercial Association of Brokers Oregon/SW Washington dues.

  • Dues payments are not deductible as charitable donations. A portion of such payments may, however, be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
    Contributions to the CAB PAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and CAB will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. ORS 316.102 provides from a credit against state taxes of up to $50 per individual or $100 per joint return for contributions to political committees.
