1. Continuing education provider must:
a) Ensure course is eligible for continuing education credit
b) Ensure that the instructors who teach are eligible to teach so that continuing education credit is obtained
c) Keep records of each course offered, the length of time of each course, the name of the instructor of each course — must keep records for 3 years.
2. Records must be available for inspection by the Real Estate Agency
