Property managers must produce property management records for inspection by the Real Estate Agency upon request. Under ORS 696.990, a real estate property manager or principal real estate broker who is engaging in or has engaged in the management of rental real estate may be required to forfeit and pay to the General Fund of the OR a civil penalty up to $1,000 per day of violation (up to a maximum of $10,000)
